5 Best Coffee Cocktail Recipes
Adding a (large) splash of alcohol to your favorite coffee drink is a great way to spice things up. Yes, there is more to life than Irish coffee, especially when it comes to coffee cocktails. Here is a list of our 5 favorite coffee cocktail recipes.

#1 Dublin Iced Coffee
2 oz. strong cold-brew coffee
2 oz. stout (such as Guinness)
1½ oz. Irish whiskey
1/2 ounce heavy cream
Freshly grated Organic Korintje Cinnamon Sticks (for serving)
Fill a highball glass with ice. Mix in the coffee, stout, whiskey, and simple syrup. Slowly pour in the cream so it gradually spills into coffee; sprinkle with cinnamon.
#2 The Spiked Dalgona Coffee
2 tbsp. instant coffee
2 tbsp. granulated sugar
2 tbsp. cold water
Ice, for serving
Milk (feel free to sub in some almond milk)

Fill a rocks glass with ice. Combine coffee, sugar, water and Kahula in a medium mixing bowl . Using a hand frother, whisk until the mixture becomes thick. Pour milk over the ice, then scoop the whipped coffee mixture on top. You can also mix the two parts together if you want more of a latte.

#3 Siciliano
2 oz. Italian sweet vermouth
1½ oz. amaro
1½ oz. strong cold-brew coffee
Orange wheel (for serving)
Mix together the cold-brew coffee, vermouth, amaro, and simple syrup in a tumbler. Add ice to fill and top it off with the club soda. Garnish with orange wheel.

#4 Irish (Mushroom) Coffee
1 cup freshly brewed Four Sigmatic Mourning Routine Mushroom Coffee
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 shot (1 1/2 oz) of Irish whiskey
Heavy cream, slightly whipped
Pour your hot (mushroom) coffee into warmed glass until it is about 3/4 full. Then, add the brown sugar and stir until it is completely dissolved. Throw in the shot of Irish whiskey and stir it around. Top it off with some whipped heavy cream. Serve it up hot and enjoy!

#5 Coffee Old Fashioned
1 double shot Royal Kona Espresso Roast (about 2 oz.), room temperature
1 oz bourbon or rye whiskey
A dash of Angostura Aromatic Cocktail Bitters
1 lemon peel
Instructions Mix together the espresso, bourbon, simple syrup, and cocktail bitters in a shaker and fill it up with ice. Stir it together and strain into a rocks glass filled with ice. Twist lemon peel over the drink and rub around the rim of the glass. Garnish with lemon peel.
